If the only asset you have is your house and you declare personal bankruptcy are you put on the street.

A friend has sent an incorporated business books to be done but cannot pay the bookkeeper for the work she has done. My taxes are due very shortly. Can she hold my books pending payment?

Hi they have sent most of my dept to collections i will have enough money in 2 weeks to pay all my dept but seeing as my credit is gone should i try consumer proposal or something else do you have any advise dept is roughly 50,000
