As a result of the restrictions place on restaurants due to COVID-19 and the sister location which operated in the Ottawa downtown core, 997177 Canada Inc. O/A Fusion Yunnan Inc., ceased operations in 2021 with no plans to resume operations. The assets of the company were sold and used to satisfy the majority of the creditors including federal financial assistance provided to businesses during COVID restrictions.
