MNP Ltd. was appointed as the receiver of certain of the assets, undertakings and property of the Debtors (the "Receiver") pursuant to an order granted by the Honourable Justice Groves of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on October 3, 2019 (the "Receivership Order").

PLEASE NOTE a Claims Process Order was granted on May 31, 2023.  This Order contains detailed instructions for how investors in certain joint venture projects in Alberta may make a claim to the Receiver in respect of losses suffered.
