Forage M3 Drilling Services Inc.

Forage M3 Drilling Services Inc. was ordered bankrupt following the Royal Bank of Canada petitioning the Company into bankruptcy and the Court agreeing that the Company was insolvent.  The Bankruptcy Order was issued on December 9, 2022.  The Company had ceased active drilling operations and was self liquidating drilling equipment and other supporting assets.  The Royal Bank of Canada is owed approximately $500,000 with further debt in the amount of $3.7 Million.
