FHC Enterprises Ltd. (the "Company") operates the FIELDS chain of over sixty retail stores located in rural communities throughout Western Canada. The Company filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal on March 6, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and MNP Ltd. consented to act as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee in the Proposal proceedings (the "Proposal Trustee"). The Company's head office is located in Delta, British Columbia.

On April 6, 2020, the Company applied to Court and was granted an extension of time to May 21, 2020 to file its Proposal.
