Educator Supplies Limitedo/a Scholar's Choice

On June 30, 2020, Educator Supplies Limited, operating as Scholar’s Choice (“Scholar’s Choice”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of Part III, Division I of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the “BIA”) and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the proposal trustee (the “Trustee”).  Pursuant to Section 50.4(8) of the BIA, Scholar’s Choice has thirty (30) days, unless such time period is extended by the Court, to file a proposal with the Trustee.  Creditors will be notified by the Trustee when a proposal is filed, or in the alternative if it fails to file a proposal or comply with the provisions of the BIA.
