On March 17, 2023, the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as Receiver (the “Receiver”) over the property 6525785 Manitoba Ltd. (“652”):

1. Lands municipally located at 480 Young Street in Winnipeg ( “480 Young”); and 
2. All of the assets and undertakings and properties, including such beneficial ownership interests as may be held by 6472240 Manitoba Ltd. and PGRP Properties Inc. of 480 Young (the “Property”).
