On March 17, 2023, the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as Receiver (the “Receiver”) over the property 5684961 Manitoba Ltd. (“568”):

1. Lands municipally located at 485 Furby Street in Winnipeg ( “485 Furby”); and
2. All of the assets and undertakings and properties, including such beneficial ownership interests as may be held by 6315402 Manitoba Ltd. and K&P Properties Inc. of 485 Furby (the “Property”).
