On  January 05, 2024, 1681676 Ontario Inc. carrying on business as Artex Fashions filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on the same date. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC"). The FMOC will be held on January 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM  Toronto Time through MS Teams call.
