12569451 Canada Inc. O/A Boustan Rideau operated a eat in and take out restaurant in Downtown Ottawa.  The operations were surrendered back to the Franchisor after operating through COVID-19 followed by the Freedom protestors occupying Rideau Street near the restaurant, management could not invest further capital to keep the operations running.  The lack of financial assistance to help businesses forced to close during the protest was the final factor in surrendering the franchise.
