Conserve Oil Group Inc., COGI Limited Partnership, Canadian Oil & Gas International, and Conserve Oil 1st Corporation

COGI Limited Partnership and Canadian Oil & Gas International Inc. filed for protection pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") which was approved by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") pursuant to an order granted August 28, 2015 (the "Initial Order"). A copy the Initial Order is available below.

MNP Ltd. was appointed as Monitor pursuant to the Initial Order.

On October 26, 2015 the CCAA proceedings were terminated pursuant to an Order of the Court. As a result, the Claims Process (as defined in the Claims Procedure Order) is no longer in effect and creditors are no longer required to complete and submit a Proof of Claim.

On October 26, 2015, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver and Manager of Conserve Oil Group Inc., COGI Limited Partnership and Canadian Oil & Gas International Inc.
