A Bankruptcy Order was issued against the Company on June 17, 2009. The bankruptcy was administered by the Bowra Group Inc. and the Trustee was discharged effective November 8, 2013. An Order was sought to revive the bankrupt estate for the purpose of realizing on the Company's right, title and interest to the proceeds from a litigation action in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. The Order reviving the bankrupt estate and appointing MNP Ltd. as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee was granted on December 16, 2022.
