5684995 Manitoba Ltd

On December 6, 2023, the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as Receiver (the “Receiver”) over the property of 5684995 Manitoba Ltd. (“5684995”):

1. Lands municipally located at 737-743 Sargent Avenue in Winnipeg ( “Sargent”); and
2. All of the assets and undertakings and properties, including such beneficial ownership interests as may be held by 6315402 Manitoba Ltd. and K&P Properties Inc. of 737-743 Sargent Avenue (the “Property”).
