Section 178 of the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act outlines certain debts that are not discharged (written off) in a bankruptcy or proposal. Criminal fines, court fines, restitution orders imposed by a Court are NOT written off in a bankruptcy. You would therefore have to make arrangements to continue to pay these debts.
